Commissioner, I am writing to ypu to express my concern over a recent incident involving G.P.U. and its wantear disregard for the health and safety of the people of Central Penna. It is my understandigg that Mr. Dieckamp's letter is a request to subvert a process that was set up to equitablity decide the fate of T.M.I.
I feel that if the.T.P..C. is sincere in letting Central Pa. work this problem out it would be a grevious mistake to lend anymore credence to this request It is an cutrage to believe that the immodate restart of T.M.I.
Unito I will benefit anyone here except the belegered subsiderary of G.P.U.
It causes me great pain to believe that this " request" is even being considered as a motion that the intervenors in this case must respond to.
'fou must understand that =any problems must be worked out before any return to nor..al lifestyles can continue here. Even though the psychological aspects of this problem are, as you se " fairly" (by a democratie vote 2 to 2) put it "not our concern",
you can not deny they exist.
Due to the myrid of pmblems that G.P.U. IS now facing it appears that they are new comming out of their eerner like a dazed prise fighter swinging wildly at whomever is in its way. Of course I am referring to Met. Ed.'s threat of a law suit aimed at yourselve s.
$l0/15W
Be this as it may, do net let due process of law te subverted. THe hearings cn T.M.I. and the " Citizens Advisory Pannel" are steps that show the good faith: of your organisation. De not' lose this.
Fer tEs remifiedtion.cs this will' go' far bdyond tha good that 1 !
