This is in response to your letter dated December 16, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the nonproprietary version of the winning proposal submitted under NRC Request for Proposal RS-0SD-80-019.
This confirms the information relayed during the telephone conversation on January 6,1981, between Mike Paulus, Supervisor of Administrative Service, and Linda Robinson.
In response to a previous F0;A request, we have already made the proposal available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (POR), Washington, DC (202-634-3273).
You can purchase a copy of this proposal by directly contacting the PDR and requesting a copy of the proposal, which is filed in folder F0IA-80-595 under the name of J.
Ashton, The charge for reproducing records maintained in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page.
It is our understanding that you intend to call the POR to order a copy of this proposal.
