OF DECEMBER 5, 1980 MEETING REGARDING OPERATING LICENSE REVIEW J. Halapatz visited Harold Bell in the design offices of Bechtel Corporation (Gaithersburg) to review drawings and other dasign information regarding piping systems that penetrate the containment. The purpose was to identify components of the piping systems that are a part of the containment pressure boundary and therfore must meet the fracture toughness requirements of General Design Criteria-51.
The following components were selected for audit of the materials used therein to determine their compliance with GDC-51.
