This is to inform you, in accordance with the requirements of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act, that the NRC has not completed licensing action on your license application XCOM0449 for the export of miscellaneous specially designed and prepared equipment to Switzerland for use in the Leibstadt nuclear reactor facility (your reference number 793-W-5823).
Final NRC licensing action has been delayed because of the need to clarify certain issues concerning how the NNPA criteria are satisfied with respect to exports to Switzerland.
Information on this matter is being obtained from the Executive Branch.
