Teledyne Wa Chang Albany has mquested expeditious processing of this license request as the equipment is scheduled for insnediate shipment.
The staff has concluded that this export meets the requimments of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, and would not be inimical to the common defense and security of the United States.
To comply with Teledyne's request, this license was issued without the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued.
