The subject bulletin, " Failures of Solenoid Valves Manuf actured by Valcor Engineering Corporation" concerns a latent defect in the magnet wire which may result in dialectric breakdown and therefore coil to coil shorting.
We have determined that there are no Valcor manufactured solenoid valves used in safety related applications in the Unit 2 facility which have the P/N's designated in the bulletin. Therefore, in accordance with the require.ments of the bulletin, this constitutes our complete response.
With regards to your request for manpower expenditures, a total of approx-
