Attorney Ceneral of the State of Illinois, hereby moves the Board pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.711(a) for an extension of time withm which to object or otherwise responsively plead to the Board's Me::orandum and Order of Decerber 24, 1980, docketed on D er 22, 1980. Due to vacation schedules during the New Year season, the undersigned attorneys have not been present and available to prepare l responsive pleadings. Because the Board's Order reflects what Illinois considers to be a nisunderstanding of its position as well as errors of law, it is important that Illinois be allowed time to rescond. Therefore the People of the State of Illinois respectfully requests a period of eight (8) days fran this date, i.e.,

until and including January 16. 1981, within which to file an objection or other pleading.
