The purpose of this modification is to modify the contract schedule and extend the period of performance.
Accordingly, the following changes are made:
I.
Article I - Statement of Work, Task VI A.
Paragraph B., Schedule, is changed to read:
" Subtask VI A is to be completed on or before August 29, 1980.
Subtask VI B is to be completed on or before November 3, 1980."

Paragraph C., Report Requirements, is changed to read:
"The Contractor shall submit ten (10) final copies of the guidance manual, incorporating any IE management comments and workshop feedback, on or before November 28, 1980. The cover letter on this report shall be sent to the Contracting Officer."
II. Article II - Period of Performance, as modified by Modification No. 4, is changed to read as follows:
"The period of performance under this contract is November 10, 1977 through November 28, 1980."
III. The above changes are made at no additional cost to the Commission.
