MEETING SUti:1ARY
Purpose:
To hold initial discussions concerning the DOE /NRC interagency agreement required by the West Valley Demonstration Project Act.

On December 3,1980, members of f; MSS and ELD staffs met with the DOE to discuss a preliminary draf t of the interagency agreement described above.
This agreement will define the interrelationship between

A number of such items highlighted during the meeting are triefly listed below:

A definition section should be incorporated to explicitly define l

A nore detailed description of f;RC's consultative role should be

Sections should be added to, describe in,more detail procedures to 3.
resolve dispute and to provide for possible future amendments to the agreement.
