On November 24, 1980, Skagit County, State of Washington requested that it be allowed to withdraw from the proceeding.
Skagit County had participated in the proceeding by virtue of a Board order of June 20, 1979, entitled " Order Affording Skagit County, State of Washington the Opportunity t% Participate in i,~..
Proceeding."
The request of Skagit County for permission to with- -
draw from the proceeding was made as a result of Applicants' amendment to their application for a construction permit moving 5
their proposed nuclear plant site from Skagit County to Hanford
