Submittal of ecpies of Revision 60 to the Big Rock ?cint Site Inergency Plan is =ade in accordance with the saidance pr.; rided by NRC letter, dated Neve=ter 13, 1980, which requires 10 copies and 3 copies to be sent to NRR and I'sZ, respectively. "his plan is being i ple=ented by Big Rock Peint Plant Manual Volu=e 9: Site E=ergency Plan. As a result of discussions with the staff, it is cur understanding that additicnal revisiccs to the E=ergency Plan er justificatien for our current positiens vill be required.

'4e feel that the next revision Of the E=ergency Plan should be =ade in respense to fer=al staff ec==ents on the enciesed plan, the =cdificatica cf previcus requirements pre-nulgated by NUREG-C65k, and the NRC site inspection fer review of the I:ergency Plan to be conducted in the early part of 1981. In so dcing, duplicative effert en the part of the NRC and Censu=ers ?cver Cc=pany can be reduced while provid-ing a better end product.
