Our letter (Reference 1) submitted cnanges to the Modified, Amended Security Plan.
Some of these changes were found to be unacceptable by your staff and further changes were submitted (Reference 3).
Additional changes to our Physical Security Plan are being submitted for your approval. as committed to in Reference (2).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Implementation of the changes delineated in Enclosure 1 are being withheld pending your approval; implementation will be accomplished within a reasonable amount of time following your approval. contains a summary of the major changes.
It is requested that the submittals (Enclosures 1 and 2) be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10CFR Part 2.
