This letter is intended to update our interim report dated November 4,1980, concerning the HVAC damper actuator mounts. We had previously estimated comple-tion by December 31, 1980.
We now find that this date cannot be met because our architect-engineer, Sargent & Lundy, has not authorized the rework. Authorization of this rework is dependent upon submission of a revised seismic report by American Warming
& Ventilating, Inc., and its approval by Sargent & Lundy. Until such approval is received, we cannot provide a revised completion date. We will keep you apprised of significant developments as they occur.
We trust that the above will constitute an acceptable interim status report on this item.
