Dear Mr. Helfrich:
For your infomation, we are transmitting a letter dated December 3,1980 from Edlow International concerning earlier proposed amendments to their license XUO8427 which now authorizes the export of 68,500 kilograms of UF, to France for enrichment at Eurodif for ultimate use in the Swiss KaiseraugKt reactor.
In their earlier letters, transmitted to you on July 30, 1980 and August 22, 1980 Edicw requested that the quantity of material to be exported be increased, that the license expiration date be extended, and that the EIR storage facility in Wuerlinger, Switzerland be added to store the UF6 material prior to enrich-ment.
Edlow now infoms us that after the UF6 has been enriched, the enriched material also may be stored at the EIR storage facility before it is returned to the U.S. for fabrication purposes.
