The Comission was briefed by staff on the proposed final rule. Although no final action was taken, the Commission noted:
1.
that staff would submit a marked up copy of page changes to the proposed notice (subsequently, staff submitted tia changes, as SECY-80-474C);
2.
that individual Commissioner questions and comments would be submitted directly to staff; and 3.
that additional meetings on this subject would be scheduled every two weeks.
