TRANSMISSION OF INFORMAT O TO'TH.E REAGAN TRANSITION TEAM As a matter of policy the Commission has determined that absent unusual and unforeseen circumstances and except for information which the Commission has been asked by the Executive Branch not to provide, the EDO should provide the President-elect's designees with information in the same manner that you would provide in',rmation to the Executive Branch.
Guidelines for the ihterpretation of Commission policy will be provided to you by the Chairman.
Chairman Ahearne notes that the General Coun'sel has advised that the Reorganization Plan does not permit the Chairman to directly instruct the staff on this matter.
