Dear Mr. Helton:
I am writing in response to your request for infomation regarding the public meetings in Havre de Grace and Baltimore to receive connents on the Draft Programatic Environmental Impact Statenant related to decontamination and disposal of wastes at TMI 2.
Enclosed, as requested, is a copy of the transcript from the October 29 Havre de Grace meeting. There was no meeting in Baltimore on November 14; however, there as a meeting on November 17, and I am sending you a copy of that transcript.
Both meetings were sponsored by NRC. Mr. James Cawood, Jr., of the Maryland Power Plant Siting Advisory Comaittee was moderator at the meetings. NRC staff members present and participating in the meetings are listed at the beginning of each transcript.
