ORDER December 19, 1980 In our order of December 12, 1980, scheduling oral argument in this case, we stated that no intervenor briefs, other than those of Christa-Maria, et al., and John O'Neill II, had been received.
We have now received a brief from another intervenor, John A. Leithauser.--1/ Because the position o' Mr. Leithauser is similar to that of the other intervenors, he will share in the 30 minutes of argument time allotted to intervenors jointly.
