CP EXTEMSION APPLICATICNS FOR BAILLY - DOCKET NO. 50-367 l
I Recently I talkad with Madelyn Rushbrook about a November 26, 1980' application l
from Northern Indiana Public Service for further extension of the latest CP date for Bailly. Madelyn informed me that you were handling the extension.

t For your information, no fee pursuant to Section 170.22 was remitted with l
the November 26 application; however, a Class II fee was paid for the i
February 7,1979 application for extension which appears to be pending j
review.
l Please provide preliminary fee determinations for the February 7 and l
November 26 applications on the enclosed foms.
If the November application l
l 1s supplemental to the February application, a single fee form (determination) is all you need to send to us listing the February 7 as the initial application

and indicating that it was supplemented by filing dated November 26.

The Class II fees are strictly for administrative and pn.'arma actions.
If I
this CP extension has special issues above and beyond administrative / pro forma, a Class II is not apolicable, but rather a Class III or above. Preliminary l
fee foms are due to be sent to LFMB within 10 days after you ;ecalve the l
application.
