Dear Mr. Reid:
On November 5, 1980, you trancmitted to the District your comments on the Rancho Seco Guard Training and Qualifications Plan (T&Q Plan).
In response to your cor: rents, the District has revised Chapter 5, " Guard Force Equipment". The changes made are identified as Amendment No. 2 to the T&Q Plan.
Enclosed are five (3) copies of the revised pagc, 5-1.
We would like to point out that the requirement shewn on page 5-1, item 5.1.7 cannot be completed until approximately March 6, 1981, as materials have had to be ordered and existing equipment modified to incorporate the new requirement.
If additional clarification is required, please contact Robert C. Moore, Supervising Special Agent, Security Division.
The enclosures contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and should be withheld from public disclosure.
It is requested that our Rancho Seco Guard Training and Qualification Plan be approved based on this response.
