FINAL REPORT l
i The attached summary lists the direct contributions to Vol. 2,Section III, l
of the Inquiry Final Report which will come from Task Group 5.
The numbers that appear after each section title are the estimated lengths in double-I spaced typewritten pages, including figures. The names of the authors are given after each section and the author or coordinator for each major section is underlined.
These sections, which deal directly with the NRC response, are expected to total about 200 double-spaced typewritten pages. We expect that these sections will include specific conclusions and recomendations.
In that, there will be some overlap in coverage between Section III and Section IV of Vol. 2.
We are now reviewing the projected structure of Section IV (Institutional Aspects) both to identify areas of overlap and to identify sections which Task 5 should provide for Section IV. The first full draft of the listed sections of Section III will be available by November 1 in order that we may provide it to the National Academy of Public Adninistration (NAPA) for Task 2 of their Special Inquiry contract.
