CONTACT WITH AN NRC COMMISSIONER On October 24,1979, Comissioner Peter Bradford called me. He asked for more information related to our question, put to him during our deposition of him on October 19 of whether he knew Anthony Robbins of NIOSH. I explained to Comissioner Bradford that we had hearsay evidence from the IRC transcripts that Robbins had called Secretary of Health MacLeod of Pennsylvania around 4 p.m. on March 29 recomending evacuation.
I said that MacLeod had confirmed this to the Special Inquiry.
