REQUEST DATED JUNE 6, 1979, MEMORANDUM FROM R. C. YOUNG, CONCERNING TMI On April 4-5, 1979, I was in attendance at a meeting at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania (Monroesville), in which Westinghous,e Electric Corporation reviewed the TMI-2 event with the NSSS customers and made the initial plans to formulate the short-and long-term corrective actions as required within the Westinghouse NSSS systems.
On April 6, 1979, I reported to the East-West Towers as a member of the TMI-2 Investigative Team. Since that date I have continued as a member of that team.
