As we have discussed by phone, please extend the period of performance on the NAPA contract to December 31,1979, with no increase in cost. Also, please amend Section F.4, Deliverables, as follows:

Report on Critique of NRC TMI Special Inquiry Draft Report on NRC Emergency Response. A letter type report of approximately 30 pages.

A reproducible master report of approximately 200 pages. This report will cover the work of both Task 1 and Task 2, with the critique of l
NRC emergency response in TMI to be based on the TMI Special Inquiry draft furnished, the Kemeny report, and other available sources.
This NAPA staff report will be published with Item 2 as a NUFEG contrac-tor report. Due date for submittal of report master: December 17, 1979.

A reproducible master report of approximately 20 pages. This report l
will present the views of the NAPA panel, especially as they may be distinct from the views expressed in Item 1.
