REQUEST FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING TMI-2 ACTIVITIES

Memorandum, same subject, from R. C. Young to Distribution List, dated June 6, 1979 Referenced memorandum requests I identify my involvement in NRC's response to the TMI-2 accident. On April 3, 1979, I reported to the East-West Towers as a member of the IE/TMI-2 Accident Investigation Team.
Since that date, I have continued as a member of that team, variously located in IE:HQ, R:I and the TMI site. The results of my activities will be documented in an investigation report.
