Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by NRC for a nuclear export falling within the Executive Branch generic approval of November 21 for single reloads of low-enriched uranium fuel, but for which a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all terms and conditions of an Agreement for Cooperation.
