SUBJECT:

Arkansas fluclear One - Unit 1 Docket tio. 50-313 License flo. DPR-51 Proposed Technical Specification (T.S.)

Concerning the Electromatic Relief Valve (File: 1510, 1511.1)

Gentlemen:

Our letter of February 12, 1980 submitted a proposed T.S. change which would require submittal of a Special Report within 14 days if the electromatic relief valve (ERV) is not operational for more than 24 hours2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
when RCS pressure is above the low pressure trip setpoint.

At the request of Mr. Guy Vissing of your staff, AP&L has revised that submittal to include the ERV setpoint as a condition for operationality. Attached are revised pages which supersede Item 6 of the February 12, 1980 letter.

Ver truly yours,
