Gentlemen:
On November 3, 1980, a letter addressed to the Licensing Board advised that Northern Indiana Public Service Company was announcing that the anticipated in-service " data" for Bailly N-1 has been changed to 1989.
That letter should have referred to the anti-cipated in-service "date" for Bailly N-1, which is now 1989.
