Unannounced Routine Physical Protection Inspection on August 18 and August 20-22-,
1980 (Pecort Number 70-371/80-13),.
Areas Inspected:
Included review of Security Plan, Security Organization, Physical Barriers, Access Controls, Keys, Locks and Combinations, Detection Aids, Response Controls, Central Alarm and Communications System, Testing and Maintenance and SNM Protection.
The inspection involved 24 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
The inspection was begun during regular hours and 4 inspection-hours were accom-plished during offshif t periods.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in all 10 functional areas inspected.
