Gentlemen:
Your letter Reference 1, requested that revisions to the LACBWR Modified Ame.1ded. Security Plan be resubmitted.
This request was prompted by a review of our earlier letter, Reference 2, which contained numerous update revisions. to this letter contains the requested revisions.
We have also included as Enclosure 2 our estimate of the final implementation schedule.
We have determined that the latest changes to the MASP do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
It is requested that the submittals be withheld from nublic dis-closure pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10CFR Part 2.,
