These changes have been analyzed and it has been determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the approved security plan.
This revisica is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) as the report-containing a description of the change.
Application is being made to withhold the enclosed information from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
