Subsequent to the investigation completed on August 6-7, 1980, on August 25, 1980, Mr. Emerson F. Haslam, Jr., senior personnel manager, telephonically contacted Mr. R. K. Herr of our investigative staff, and provided additional amplifying information concerning this investigation.
Mr. Haslam stated that l
page 4 of the draft investigation report reflected incorrect information previously provided. Mr. Haslam explained that he has obtained privacy waiver from approximately 85 employees that were employed through various agencies. Mr. Haslam explained that none of the approximately 85 current empl:yces '..ere employed thrcugh the CDI Corporation. Mr. Haslam stated that his preliminary inquiries have determined that the employees in question were employed through 13 different agencies located throughout the east coast.
Mr. Haslam added that since 1977 three other personnel (Designers) were employed through CDI.
The first one left the company on September 22, 1978; the second on August 29, 1979; and the third on June 22, 1979. Mr. Haslam stated that there are presently no employees working for Stone & Webster who were hired through CDI.
