Dear Mr. Allen:

The following are descriptions of further actions planned relative to paragraphs D and G of the Management Interview in the

Summary of Findings section of the subject report.

Pcragraph D:

First Aid Facilities The first aid facilities will be moved from the trailer into the permanent structure January 1, 1977.

Paragraph G:

Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Procedures which describe the duties of each Director of an Emergency Plan function have been prepared and issued.

Each individual assigned the duties of a Director or alternate is responsible for maintaining a copy of the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) which describes their duties.

As requir'ed by GSEP Section 10, each individual with GSEP duties will be provided with supplementary procedures.

Of the eight subjects, identified in Section 10 to be included in supplementary emergency procedures, following is the status:

10.1 Action Levels and Dose Estimates a and b New procedure must be written.

c Included in the General Office Environmental Director Procedure and will be included in the supplementary emergency procedures by reference.

10.4 Medical Procedures These procedures currently are contained in the Abnormal Operating Procedures, Administrative Procedures, or Radiation Protection Procedures and will be included in the supplementary,

10.5 Fire Fighting Procedures These procedures are currently contained in Station proce-dures and will be included in the supplementary emergency procedures by reference.

10.6 List of Emergency Equipment This list is currently contained in Station procedures and will be included in the supplementary emergency procedures by reference.

10.7 Environs Procedure and List of Surveillance Stations The Station Offsite Environmental Director's procedure will l

be revised to include this information and it will be included l

in the supplementary emergency procedures by reference.

10.8 Recovery and Reentry Procedures Recovery of injured personnel is covered in existing Station procedures and will be included in the supplementary emergency

These procedure revisions and additions will be completed by October 1, 1976.
