Event
Description:
On October 10, 1980 at approximately 1600 ' hours 480 Volt Breaker B204 tripped twice within 10 minutes, de-energiring 480 volt Bus B14. Loss of B14 disabled the ' A' loop of ~ the RBCCW. ' At the time the :'B' loop of the RBCCW was out of service fo r' maintenance. Recovery was i= mediate obviating a reactor shutdown.

Cause and Corrective Action:
B14 bus was immediatelv returned to service by closing breaker B204 and the ' A' loop of the RBCCW returned to normal. At the time of the trip no unusual loading of the bus was detected. Maintenance performed on breaker B204 on October 11, 1980 revealed no anomalies.
