Gentlemen:
Payment is hereby enclosed pursuant to your letter of September 24, 1980, which contained an order imposing a civil monetary penalty of Four Thousand Dollars on Georgia Power Company. The penalty was imposed in regard to your letter of June 19, 1980, concerning an excessive radiation exposure rate inside the tractor cab of the vehicle transporting waste from Plant Hatch to Barnwell, South Carolina.
