S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 33 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-3, issued to The Toledo Edisen Company and The Cleveland Electric Ill a inating Comoany (the licensees), wnich revised the license and Technical Specifications for coera:
tien of the :: avis-Besse Nuclear Pcwer Station, Unit No. I (the facility) located in Ottawa County, Ohio.
The amendment is effective as of its cate of issuance.
This amencment modifies the Technical Scecifications to per ait oceration for a second cycle and to reflect changes in the reactor c:olant system hign pressure and power ocerated relief valve set;oints.
The ament =:ent also deletes three satisfied License Cenditions, 2.C.(3)(e), 2.C.(3)(f) and 2.C.(3)(g).

Prior cublic notice of this amendment was nct required since the amencment dces not involve a significant hanrcs c:nsideration.
