the allovabic temperature for the isolation condenser when not in operation and to delete the requirement for a procedure for the probabic maximum flood for Dresden Unit I located in Grundy County, Illinois.

Letter to Cocoonwealth Edison Company dated March 12, 1973, as Che.nge No. 22 to License No. DPR-2 authorizing increase in the allovable temperature for the isolation condenser but requesting a demonstration to indicate that the probable maximum flood requirement can be deleted.
