LICENSE NO. DPR-2 As provided in the attached order issued in this proceeding by the Presiding Officer on September 26, 1959, a linited license is hereby issued to the Conunonwealth Edison Cosqpany authorizing the initial loading of nuclear fuel and the operation, in accordance with the application as amanded, of the boiling water reactor, described in the application and amendments thereto, to the extent of but not in I
excess of a power level of one (1) megawatt (thermal) during a period i
of. time not in excess of 45 days frcan and after the date of the issuance of the said order of the Presidin6 Officer.
The Company shall report of the occurrence within 5 days to the Ccasaission after the date on which the initial inaAing of nuclear fuel is made into the reactor.
