i UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGUIATORY CO MISSION DOC 1'ET NO. 50-10 CO.'MONNEALTil EDISON C0"PANY NOTICE OF ISSUA';CE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Notice is hereby given that the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 11 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-2 to the Commonwealth Edison Company (the licensce) which revised Technical Specifications for operation of Unit 1 of Dresden Nuclear Power Station (the facility) located in Grundy County, Illinois. The license amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.

The license amendm:nt revises the Technical Specifications for the facility to incorporate interim operability requirements for the primary reactor feedwater systems in accordance with the licensee's request dated December 3, 1974.

The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requiremen+.s of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act),

and the Commission's rules and regulations.

The Commission has made appropriate findin;s as required by the Act and the Co m ission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license ar:endacnt.

Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

11 to License No. DPR-2 with Change No. 30, and (3) the Commission's concurrently issued related Safety Evaluation.
