1 Commonwealth Edison Company ATTACF31ENT A Response to IE Inspection Report Nos.
M-10/76-22, 50-237/76-24, and 50-249/76-24 Deviat;.n:
During a review of the decon/first aid facilities, the NRC inspector noted that 8 of the 31 items in the Commonwealth Edison No. 36 First Aid Kit were missing.
All missing items were replaced immediately following the i
inspection and the first aid kit was labeled "For Emergency Use 4
- Only".
At the time of the inspection, the Monthly. Decontamination and Medical Area Inventory Proceduro (DRP 1470-2) had just been re-vised to include this No. 36 first aid kit in the monthly inventory.
These corrective actions will reduce the likelihood of items being removed from this first aid hit for non-emergency purposes, and the monthly inventory will ensure any missing it ams are identified and
~
replaced.
All these actions have been completed.
