o INFRACTION Failure to insure that th'c control room copy of GSEP and the telephone directory contained the most recent revision.

DISCUSSION OF INFRACTION During a routine emergency planning inspection conducted on February 2, 3, 4, and 7, 1977, the NRC inspector noted that the Control Room copy of CSEP and the GSEP telephone directory did not contain the most recent applicabic revisions.

The most recent revisions had been issued in October, '?76, and distributed during November and December as they became available from the prir.ter.

Each CSEP copy is sent with a cover letter, to be returned to the GSEP Coordinator, confirming that the revision has 4

been received.

Since the cover letter for the-Control Room copy was never returned, At was determined that the Control Room CSEP copy was either lost in the mail or upon receipt at the station.

A follow-up to confirm that all cover latters were returned was delayed by a personne1' change in the GSEP coordinator position.

CORRECTIVE ACTION k.

A copy of the latest revision of GSEP and the telephone directory was requested from the GSEP Coordinator during the inspection. This copy was received at the station and incorporated 2

in the Control Room copy on February 10, 1977.

r CORRECTIVE ACTION TO AVOID RECURRENCE A discussion was held with the new GSEP coordinator to assure that this type of incident would not recur.

It was agreed between the GSEP coordinator and the station that follow-ups on the cover letters would be more timely. Station CSEP revision distribution procedures were reviewed and found to be adequate.

DATE OF FULL COMPLIANCE

- The Station achieved full compliance as of February 10, 1977.
