ANSWER OF NRC STAFF TO MOTION OF CITY OF i
CLEVELAND TO ESTABLISH PAGE LIMITATIONS FOR BRIEFS On February 7,1977 the City of Cleveland filed with the Appeal Board its " Notice of Appeal and Exceptions" listing six exceptions to the Initial Decision (Antitrust) of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board., Simultaneously, the City moved the Appeal Board for an order establishing page limitations 1/
for brisfs pertaining to the City's Exceptions. -
Having reviewed the four exceptions taken by the City which the Appeal 2/
Board has advised it will now consider,
-the Staff does not oppose the page limitatiori for Briefs reguested by the City.

& Dempsey and.the rulings of the Special Master regarding claims of '
attorney-client privilege.
