NOTICE AND ORDER FOR SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE Pursuant to Notice and Order of this Board, dated August 13, 1973, and in accordance with the Commission's Rules of Practice, Notice is hereby given that a Special Prehearing Conference will be held in this proceeding on October 12, 1973, at 10:00 am, local time, at the Lucas County Courthouse, Court of Appeals (Fourth Floor),
Adams and. Erie S tree ts, Toledo, Ohio.
All members of the public are invited to attend this Special Prehearing Conference as well as the Evidentiary Hearing to be scheduled and held at a later date.
However, no evidence will be received a t this Conference; nor will there be opportr.nity for presenta-tion of limited appearance statements.
