Dear Mr. Chilk:
On Novembe r 16, 1976, we filed a " Motion Of The City Of Cleveland, Ohio For An Enlargement Of Time For Filing Its Brief In Support Of Exceptions". The caption indicated that the matter was "Before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board", when it should have indicated that it was "Before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Boa rd".
We would appreciate the docketed copy being corrected to include the word " Appeal" in the caption.
