to the Safety Evaluation Report for the Yankee Atomic Electric Company's (YAEE) proposed modification to the spent fuel storage pool at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
We have reviewed the issues of spent fuel criticality cooling, and fuel handling as they are discussed in the licensee's submittal. We find YAEC's application for the license amdedment acceptable with respect to the above listed issues.
