Assurance Program for Nuclear Fuels," submitted with the letter of December 5, j
1990, fro'r R. H. Nelson of your staff. We discussed the proposed revision with Mr. Nelson by telephone on January 2,1991, and it was agreeo that Section 2.8 of the report would be revised to meet 10 CFR 50.55(f)(3). With this revision, we find the QA program acceptable in that it will continue to meet the require-l ments of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
Please submit the topical report, reviseo as noted above,(7)(ii).incluaing a copy of s
this letter, to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)
