'Te are both in favor of using "ucicar :-over as the pri.ary scurce of enercr since it is relatively safe, inerpensive, and readily available.
In our opinion there is no excuse whatsoever for keeping the "l'I-1 from operation any longer. Sis postponenent has vasted too =uch of the taxpayers' money already.
'..'e feel that the plant should be p.it in'a operation without any further delay.
The nore so since it has been nodified and operable for the,ast year!
?lcase, let's get with it
