Startup and test, technical specifications and training will likely follow these dates. As noted, " optimistic" dates presume accelerated l
engineering, procurement, construction and construction testing beyond that currently planned. Realistic dates based uposi current engineering projections, procurement commitments and normal construction scheduling are later than these "opimistic" dates and are identified as " target" dates.
g For modifications in 1982 and later, Licensee is proceeding expeditiously, liowever, engineering, procurement, and the availability of plant condi-tions for installation must be firmly established before more reflued dates can be established.
Technical Specifications are scheduled for submittal 4/1/81.
In certain cases where the specifications cannot be complete, schedule updates will be provided for each perspective change outstanding.
