Amendment 13 consists of changes to Chapter 13 and various technical and editorial changes to several other chapters of the Final Safety Analysis Report.

Chapter 13 reflects the current HL&P organization as it relates to the South Texas Project; however, re-organization is now in prograss.

Updated information on the organization will be transmitted to you in a future amendment.
