f This is in response'to the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order dated October 3,1980, which requested the parties' views on those unresolved 4
matters which need to be brought to the attention of, the Board prior to the prehearing conference.
Based on our limited conversations with several parties who have environmental contentions scheduled for hearing, the tiRC Staff believes-that there are no unresolved matters that need Board attention prior to the prehearing conference except the various motions that are currently before the Board for its action.
